About This Class

This required educational session will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Proud Ground and the process of buying a home through our Community Land Trust model. You will explore the unique benefits of buying a home within our framework. You will also learn how the process may be different than buying a home from a traditional homeownership program. Our staff members will also walk you through the steps to buying a home with us.
