New Spirit Village: Homes available now

Bringing affordable housing and stability to a community recovering from wildfires.

The Thalden Foundation dedicated funds to building New Spirit Village in response to the high level of need for affordable housing after the Almeda wildfire, which destroyed more than 2,600 homes and displaced more than 3,000 people across Oregon’s Jackson County.

Made up of 87 charming, single family detached homes complete with private driveways, fenced yards, appliances, and storage sheds, New Spirit Village goes beyond the standard affordable-housing-developments template.

Homes are currently available and more are coming soon. Visit the Available Properties page to see the Hummingbird, Bluebird, and Dove model units and for more information.
