Working with Our Participating Lenders
To purchase a home with Proud Ground you must work with one of the lenders on the list below. These lender partners are familiar with our program, have approved all of the required documentation, and can offer many different mortgage programs with competitive interest rates.
Each bank has its own loan application that homebuyers are responsible for completing. This is separate from the Proud Ground homebuyer program application.
It is entirely up to you, but we strongly recommend that you meet one–on–one with Proud Ground staff PRIOR to meeting with a preferred lender so that both your time and the lenders’ time are used most effectively. This is especially true if you have credit or other financial concerns.
