Zaneqwah “Zee” Shaw is a financial and business professional with a strong commitment to empowering underserved communities through education, advocacy, and financial wellness. As the founder and Financial Coach behind her own coaching business, Zee helps individuals shift their money mindset, build sustainable financial habits, and gain the tools needed to achieve long-term financial stability.

Zee brings deep experience working directly with low-income, BIPOC, and underserved populations. As a Case Manager for a behavioral health organization, she provided personalized support to clients navigating complex life circumstances—connecting them with essential services and offering compassionate, results-oriented care. Her ability to listen, advocate, and follow through made her a trusted partner in her clients’ journeys toward independence and stability.

With a background that blends financial coaching, customer service, and social services, Zee has a unique ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, approachable way. She is passionate about breaking generational cycles of poverty by helping others gain access to the knowledge and tools they were never taught—especially in communities where financial literacy has historically been lacking.

Zee is passionate about contributing her skills and lived experience to Proud Ground’s mission of expanding affordable homeownership opportunities and building wealth in communities that have been systematically excluded from these pathways.
