How it works

The NW Natural Energy Efficiency Program is designed to bring significant energy upgrades to your home.

Here’s what participating homeowners can expect:

  • Energy literacy education to interested households

  • Energy upgrades to at least 5 to 7 homes that meet the following requirements:

    • The home must be located within the NW Natural service territory (See the map).

    • The household’s income must be <200% of the federal poverty line or up to 80% AMI.

    • The home must have an existing gas service line installed, as the primary heating equipment is/will be fueled by natural gas.

Complete your Application: Submit your interest for selection with the Pre-Application.

  • Proud Ground will carefully assess all applications and notify selected homeowners.
