Proud Ground’s Community Land Trust (CLT) model leverages support from private and public sectors to remove barriers to homeownership. This puts homeownership within reach for many working families compared to either a traditional mortgage or continuing to rent.
Plus, Proud Ground homeowners build assets while their home remains permanently affordable.
