Homebuying Education Class
Required before closing on your Proud Ground home.
Take the class offered by Proud Ground
You may choose to take the homebuyer education class offered by Proud Ground through our vendor, Framework. This is an asynchronous class, which means it is pre-recorded, so you can take it at your convenience.
The course fee is covered through your Proud Ground registration fee.
Take a class through another organization*
Several organizations offer the homeownership class, which counts toward the requirement. Any associated fee/cost to attend is not covered by your Proud Ground registration.
If you are receiving funds through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, you must take the class through an organization other than Proud Ground/Framework.
Selling Your Proud Ground Home
(Resale Formula)
Proud Ground’s Real Estate Broker, Undra Adams, will provide an overview of how to sell your home to another income-eligible buyer, review the resale formula, and answer your questions.
Register to attend this virtual event, and be sure to use the drop-down menu to select the date(s) you wish to attend. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.

Our partner, Financial Beginnings, is a nonprofit that empowers youth and adults to take control of their financial futures. They are currently offering the Strategies to Achieve Financial Empowerment (SAFE) program for adults. This program equips learners with essential financial knowledge and a growth-oriented mindset to help overcome financial obstacles and achieve lifelong success.
