Proud Ground at the African American Alliance Homebuyer Fair
Proud Ground was proud to participate in the African American Alliance for Homeownership’s 12th Annual Homeownership Fair, held October 30. Proud Ground Community Outreach Coordinator Edward Gutiérrez shared an important message with fair-goers, "“Many people who think they won’t be able to buy a home, once they go through our program they realize they can buy,” he said. And once people have their foot in the door, they have many more options. “More than 50 percent of our homeowners go on to purchase homes on the traditional housing market.
