Ways to give wisely

  • Bequests.

    Please consider leaving a portion of your estate to Proud Ground in your will. Options include a portion of your life insurance, IRAs, even a portion of the value of your home.

  • IRA Rollover Gifts.

    If you are over age 70½, you may rollover up to $100,000 annually from your IRA to Proud Ground.

  • Real Estate.

    While gifts of real estate can be complex, they can be a wonderful way to help ensure future families have a chance at the dream of homeownership.
